- MEP coordination — heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical, laid out so the trades don't clash
- Renovation, plus as-built documentation for legalisation (legalizacija)
- Bill of quantities and tender documentation — bill of quantities (troškovnik), to compare contractors like-for-like
