Diagnostics (dijagnostika)

Construction Diagnostics

When something is wrong — damp, cracks, a leak you can't trace, a failing façade — guessing is expensive. We diagnose the actual cause using non-destructive methods, so you fix the cause, not the symptom. On the coast, salt and sea air do specific damage to stone and concrete; we know what to look for.

What we do

  • Structural condition assessment and crack mapping — what the cracks mean and whether they are moving
  • Moisture and damp diagnosis and water-intrusion investigation
  • Infrared thermography — leaks, thermal bridges and insulation gaps, seen without opening walls
  • Non-destructive testing — reinforcement location (GPR), concrete strength, ultrasonic
  • Reinforced-concrete corrosion — carbonation and chloride attack, especially near the sea
  • Façade, roof and waterproofing diagnosis, including drone survey, plus expert reports for disputes (vještačenje)

How it works

  1. Brief and document review — symptoms, history, any existing drawings
  2. On-site survey and instrumentation — visual plus thermography / NDT / moisture metering
  3. Analysis — interpreting the data to identify the root cause
  4. Report — findings, root cause and a prioritised repair plan

A documented report is evidence for a warranty, insurance or a dispute — and we can supervise the remediation works.
